Every container has 33 pallets x 108 cases x 24 Cans 25 cl per case

SBLC (only) procedure, delivered CIF or DDP EU and Mediteranean ports

Buyer issues LOI with bank’s detail + Company Profile
Seller’s Agent issues SCO on his letterhead
If SCO is accepted by the Buyer, he sends RWA or BCL (Bank comfort Letter) from his Bank to the Seller and Seller’s Bank. Then Seller sends, Draft Contract open for amendments.
Buyer countersign and seals, than sends it via e-mail to Seller’s Agent.
Seller closes the definitive contract in PDF file and issues Pro-forma Invoice to buyer.
Within three (3) banking days, Buyer’s bank sends to Seller’s Bank the SBLC.
Seller’s Bank issues PB 2% monthly + POP in favor of the buyer and the delivery will commence as per contract.
Payment will be made at the destination place with SBLC (TT OR SWIFT MT103) after SGS
If the financial instrument is accepted by the Seller’s bank and if requested by the buyer, Seller sends POP bank to bank
After the POP acceptance by the buyer, Seller places the order to Red Bull and shipments begin
From 5 to 40 containers month: 0,755 €;
from 50 cnt to 99: 0,75 €;
